This Lowes store is in an area where only about 3% of the local population speak Spanish... so why not just have signs in English? It's funny how their print advertisements are not English/Spanish. They must calculate that once you are in the store you will still spend your money and not walk out.

Cleveland Plain Dealer Sunday July 1st, 2007

"Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, saying he believed all American children should learn to speak Spanish, gave his closing statement in Spanish while apologizing in advance for his accent."

Not surprising for a representative who is out of touch with the majority of Americans. His city is at the top of the poverty list, he visits known terrorist states in the Middle East and denigrates the United States, and after promising his constituents he would not run for president, he runs anyway (and he's holding onto a whopping 1%!!!

Oh yeah... and he sees UFO's....

The billboard below is in an area where approximately 97% of the population speaks English. AMERICANS4ENGLISH believes that this catering to the minority of Spanish-speaking only serves to enable them to not bother with English.
